When Amazon needed two new logistics facilities as a base for distribution across Northern and Western Europe, GLP fast-tracked the construction timeline for the world’s largest online retailer.

Greater Hamburg Area and North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Development Size:
130,000 sq metres and 113,400 sq metres respectively

Timeframes:
In Hamburg, operations were able to start within six months of Amazon’s decision to proceed. In North Rhine-Westphalia, GLP was able to deliver the project from construction to fully operational in just over a year.
