Magna Park Berlin: A thriving logistics hub
Situated to the south-west of Berlin, Magna Park Berlin Werder (Havel) is a developing logistics hub comprised of 92,000 sqm of existing logistic space, a multistory car park, some 82,500 sqm of logistic space currently under construction, with completion due by the end of 2023, and remaining development land capable of accommodating ca. 40.000 sqm of additional logistics space.
The five existing properties and two properties under development provide self contained units ranging from ca. 7,200 to 11,500 sqm offering high flexibility to meet various customer space requirements. 90% of the properties have been build in the past 3 years or less and feature best in class technical specifications including DGNB Gold certification, 5 tonnes p/sqm floor loading, ESFR sprinkler system FM Global K-360 and a high quality office fit out enabling them to fulfil the needs of national and international logistic occupiers.
As with all GLP’s developments, the existing and new units follow GLP’s rigorous ESG development standards and benefit from a best-in-class specification. Each development is also BREEAM Excellent, designed to WELL principles and features a range of sustainability and energy efficiency measures.

Designated estate manager
All customers on site have an authoritative point of contact for all matters involving . The estate manager also undertakes regular updates with customers to ensure issues are being resolved.
Transport
Magna Park Berlin-Werder (Havel) is located southwest of Berlin, directly on junction 22 of the A10 motorway ring road.
Exceptional transport links
The park is connected to the A9 (Berlin – Leipzig) and A24 (Berlin – Hamburg) motorway via the A10. The A2 (Berlin – Hannover) motorway is only a 7 minute drive away.
Parking spaces
All units are provided with ample car parking space. Our customer, Amazon, also has sole use of a multistory car park that GLP developed for them.
HGV fueling station
A fueling station is located at the entrance to the park which provides refueling services for car and HGVs, as well as facilities for use by the drivers.
Fast car charging
The fueling station at the park entrance also provides charging points for Electric Vehicles.
Easy access to rail freight
GVZ centres are located at Wustermark 14467 Potsdam ca. 25 km to the north and 14979 Großbeeren ca. 50 km to the east.

Attractive work environment
The properties provide excellent provisions for staff including staff showers, high quality offices and, dependent on the customer’s chosen use of the space, a recreational room for use in downtime.
Country park
The surrounding area is known for its lakes and the Havel, which is situated ca. 6 km away, provides recreational space for land and water activities.
