Overview
G-Park Colleferro 3 will be built on a 25,000 sqm site and its construction will be completed by early 2025.
BREEAM Excellent certified, the building will measure approximately 11,000 square metres and will be located in a strategic geographic position, close to the metropolitan area of Rome where the flow of goods to the southern part of the country passes through. The area benefits from an excellent road network, with direct access to the A1 motorway, as well as multimodal connections guaranteed by Rome Fiumicino airport, Ciampino airport, and the port of Civitavecchia.
G-Park Colleferro 3 will form a logistics hub with other GLP properties, given its proximity to G-Park Colleferro 2 and G-Park Colleferro 1, as well as three other GLP portfolio properties located in Anagni.
