G-Park Lormaison
G-Park Lormaison is one of the latest logistics warehouse delivered by GLP in France. Originally a speculative development, this state of the art building was leased before its completion to Delaisy Kargo, one of the leaders in professional hygiene distribution in France.
 
Located 50km north of Paris, this site benefits from an excellent road network. This 18.800 m² building includes the highest specifications in terms of construction. Developed in 10 months, this building obtained a BREEAM very good certification, and features a range of sustainability measures.

Bee Hives

In order to contribute to the pollination and to preserve biodiversity we install beehives across all our sites. G-Park Lormaison currently has three hives established.

Eco Building Construction

The construction site was picked to minimise environmental impact, recycling 100% of the site's materials, and the building achieved a BREEAM Very Good certification.

Tree Planting
GLP sponsored Treeseve, an association dedicated to the reforestation of lands across France, and participated in the planting of 9000 trees close to our G-Park in order to reintroduce local biodiversity and reduce carbon emission.

LED Lights

LED lighting is provided throughout to increase energy efficiency and reduce waste. 

Facilities

As a developer and manager of our sites, we make every effort to ensure that our buildings are managed in the best possible way. Our teams aim to respond as quickly as possible to our customers and to intervene as soon as possible. An asset manager and a property manager are dedicated to each of our sites.
