Our costumer’s community includes key logistic, e-commerce and automotive market players like: Clarios, Alza.cz or Skoda Motorsport. We have also introduced an ESG-focused European specification to all new facilities in Czech Republic to meet the highest functional and sustainability standards. We are actively looking for new development sites located next to key transport hubs.
