26 March 2019 – Gazeley, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announces that Whirlpool, a leading global manufacturer of home appliances, has renewed its lease for a logistics warehouse in Combs-la-Ville, France.
Whirlpool has occupied the 40,000 SQ M warehouse since 2012 and has renewed its lease for a further nine years, highlighting a continued confidence in Gazeley and its offering.
Strategically located in the Paris Sud business park in the City of Combs-la-Ville in Seine-et-Marne, the site benefits from direct access to the Francilienne N104, as well as easy access to the A5 motorway.
