Underscores high demand for premier logistics facility in the Golden Triangle
London, 20 April 2026 – Marq Logistics, a global leader in the development and operation of modern logistics facilities, formerly GLP Europe, today announced that it has signed a lease agreement with Bleckmann, a leading logistics and supply chain management provider, for MPN 761 at Magna Park North Lutterworth. The agreement marks a significant milestone for one of the UK’s largest logistics facilities and represents Bleckmann’s fourth building in the UK with Marq Logistics, underscoring both the strength of the longstanding relationship and continued demand for prime, well-connected space in the Midlands’ Golden Triangle.
MPN 761 is a state-of-the-art logistics warehouse comprising 761,361 sq. ft. Strategically located at Magna Park North Lutterworth, it provides immediate access to the M1, M6 and M69 motorways to support national distribution. The facility has been designed to support modern logistics operations at scale and includes 80 dock doors, 10 level access doors, 94 HGV parking spaces, 525 car parking spaces, and 54 EV charging stations.
The building also offers strong sustainability and workplace credentials. MPN 761 is rated BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+, with WELLness principles embedded in the design, alongside battery storage, enhanced natural light, energy-saving systems, and an installed solar PV system.
Bleckmann is a leading logistics and supply chain management specialist focused on fashion and lifestyle. With capabilities spanning freight, transport, fulfilment, returns and omnichannel operations, it serves clients from fast growing online-first retail brands up to well-established international players. The new lease at Magna Park North Lutterworth will support Bleckmann’s growth as it continues to expand in the UK market.
