GLP has appointed Florian Grosshauser as Project Management Director for Southern Germany, based in Munich. Grosshauser will assume responsibility for the overall coordination of developers, tenants, authorities, general contractors and other key players in construction in the region. His duties will include providing technical support for acquisitions, coordinating the awarding of contracts to general contractors and ensuring compliance with ESG and sustainability standards.
Grosshauser has more than 22 years of experience in project management and development, both in Germany and abroad. He has practical experience in real estate, leasing and acquisition consultancy for various asset classes, and the execution of feasibility studies and building analyses.
Before joining GLP, Grosshauser was Head of Project & Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield in Munich. In this role, his tasks included developing the firm’s Logistics Consultancy service in Germany, and he served as key account manager for major customer accounts, focusing on advising investors in the Logistics & Industrial area on the acquisition of property and projects. During implementation, he was responsible for providing technical support to projects ranging from small-scale business parks near city centres, to large-scale logistical parks with more than 100,000 SQM of logistics space.
He also previously worked at JLL, conceptsued°, doranth post architekten in Munich, and RFR and Lemanarc in Shanghai, China.
Grosshauser will report to Patrick Frank, Country Director Germany at GLP.
