OAXIS: the largest immologistics project in Spain

Located in Villaverde, a few kilometers from the center of Madrid, this logistics park aims to position itself as a national and European benchmark. With more than 280,000 sqm of land and a potential of 170,000 sqm of built area, its facilities will be adapted to the requirements and needs of each customer.

Starting the project with a first speculative building, the remaining area will be available for BTS projects.
