GLP has appointed Patricc Handt as Business Development Manager, a position based in Frankfurt. In this role, Patricc will be responsible for the management of selected GLP projects under development, including the acquisition of new sites across the Central Region.
Patricc is a residential and real estate expert, bringing more than 20 years’ industry experience across Europe to his new role. Throughout the course of his career, he has been responsible for major transactions in selected asset classes, including logistics and office space.
Before joining GLP, Patricc was acquisition manager at Euroboden GmbH. Prior to that, he worked for many years in the industrial sector, specialising in industrial and logistics real estate at BNP Paribas Real Estate and at Cushman & Wakefield.
