Si le nom de GLP a fait son apparition récemment dans le paysage européen, voilà déjà 30 ans que nous menons nos activités de développement, d’investissement et de gestion d’immobilier logistique prime sur le continent, sous la marque Gazeley.

Nous ciblons les principaux marchés logistiques Européens, à savoir la France, l’Allemagne, les Pays-Bas, Belgique, l’Espagne, l’Italie, la Pologne, la Hongrie, la Slovaquie, la République tchèque et le Royaume-Uni.

Nos compétences couvrent l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur : l’investissement, le développement, la gestion d’actifs et la location. Nous avons développé près de 10 millions de mètres carrés d’entrepôts à un large panel de clients.

Notre portefeuille compte actuellement plus de 4.5 millions de mètres carrés concentrés sur les marchés logistiques stratégiques. De plus, nous gérons trois fonds en Europe, dont l’encours sous gestion total s’élève à 10 milliards EUR.
