GLP today announces the signing of a new lease agreement at G-Park Arese with leading cosmetics product firm GCD Italia Srl.

G-Park Arese, was built in 2007 and is part of the larger Lainate Business Park, an institutional complex developed between 1990 and 2010 on the site of the former industrial headquarters of car manufacturer Alfa Romeo. GCD will occupy about 11,500 SQM of the total 46,000 SQM available.

The Grade A real estate unit offers 12 loading bays and four sectional gates, as well as car and truck parking spaces in the outside area.

The building is located in one of the best locations within Milan’s “inner market” just 1.5 km from the A8 highway giving easy connectivity to downtown Milan (20km), the Swiss border (39km), and Milan Malpensa Airport (36km).

Marco Belli, Country Director of GLP Italy commented: “The property, acquired in 2022, is proving its quality as a strategic asset within GLP’s Italian Portfolio as noted at the time of purchase. The site is a key hub for logistics in northern Italy, thanks to its excellent location not far from the Lombardy capital and the main communication routes. We continue to see sustained interest in Arese from a broad range of international and domestic companies looking for good connectivity in the area.”

GLP was supported in this lease by Gattai, Minoli & Partners for the legal aspects, while DILS acted as the transaction’s broker.
