Located in Brühl, south of Cologne, the Cologne South Logistics Centre offers a strategic position in the heart of the Rhineland logistics hub—one of Europe’s most dynamic regions. Just 20 minutes from Cologne city centre and directly connected to highways A553, A1, A61, and A555, the site provides fast access to German and Benelux markets. Ideal for logistics, distribution, and retail, it combines visibility, connectivity, and workforce potential.

Features

The project will deliver 40,347 m² of built space, available from Q2 2028. It includes approximately 26,635 m² of logistics space with a clear height of 12 m, up to 22 dock doors, and a floor load capacity of 7 t/m². Additionally, 13,712 m² of commercial and office space will be offered, including offices, mezzanines, service areas, and showroom, with a clear height of 8 m. Layouts are flexible to meet diverse operational needs.

The site targets DGNB Gold certification, featuring sustainable solutions such as a PV-ready roof and the use of certified, recyclable materials. GLP is committed to delivering a high-performance, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible building aligned with leading ESG standards in the logistics sector.
