GLP, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announces that it has leased more than 20,000 SQ M of logistics space in the Paris region in recent weeks.

The warehouses are all located in prime areas in Seine-et-Marne (77) near Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport. The warehouses benefit from unrivalled access to major roads and proximity to Paris.

G-Park Bussy-Saint-Georges, a 13,800 SQ M logistics building located in the Gustave Eiffel business park, is now fully leased. The first 6,310 SQ M unit was leased last October to TRANS’MOB, a leading transporter of kitchens and home furnishings from Germany to France. The second unit of 7,490 SQ M is now occupied by BOMI Group, an international group operating in the field of logistics and management of advanced technology healthcare products and temperature controlled.

Edoardo Buonerba, Head of France Operations at BOMI Group France, said: „GLP was able to support us effectively in this project and meet our requirement to start our activities at the Bussy-Saint-Georges site on March, 1st. An agreement was reached with the former occupant for an early handover.”

Trans’Mob, Bomi Group and GLP were advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction France.

ADVEO, a European leader in office equipment, school equipment and supplies, has renewed its lease on a 13,600 SQ M building in Compans. ADVEO is also leasing a 24,000 SQ M warehouse developed by GLP in 2019 in Dammartin-en-Goële. GLP has once again demonstrated its ability to support its customers in the development of their activities.

Gilles Petit, Senior Asset Manager of GLP France, said: „We are proud of these recent signings, which confirm the quality of our portfolio in the Paris region and our ability to meet the demand for prime logistics space. These new leases also demonstrate our ability to work with our customers to provide them with quality real estate solutions. “
