The structure includes high-resistance industrial flooring, PIR-insulated façades, deck-type roofing, high-spec offices with raised flooring, LED lighting with motion sensors, and a Building Management System (BMS) for real-time energy monitoring.
In addition, the facility is equipped with dedicated parking for both light and heavy vehicles, spacious manoeuvring yards, and advanced fire safety and security systems in compliance with NFPA and Spanish regulations.
ESG
The development of Tauro 3 follows GLP’s ESG strategy, incorporating environmental, social and governance principles at every stage of the project. The building has been designed to meet sustainable construction standards and has obtained BREEAM Very Good certification, underlining its environmental commitment.
Key initiatives include rooftop solar installations, energy-efficient lighting, enhanced thermal insulation, responsible water management, and architectural elements that support user well-being. The building is also ready to accommodate electric vehicle infrastructure, anticipating the future of sustainable transport in logistics.
Located on previously urbanised land, the project supports industrial regeneration without impacting undeveloped natural areas, making it fully aligned with current market demands and European sustainability policies.
