GLP has secured two additional plots to extend the park on the norther and southern sides (Magna Park North and South), which when fully developed will have the potential to deliver 15.8M SQ FT (1.5M SQ M) of warehouse space.

We currently have 4 units available to rent totalling 1,010,147 SQ FT (92,950 SQ M), as well as 7 more units under construction to be completed on Q4 this year.

Magna Park Lutterworth Latest Updates

Magna Park Lutterworth's Phase 2 offers a significant new extension to the existing developments and brings forward over 225 acres of land for development.

The first phase of development at Magna Park Lutterworth saw the speculative development of circa 2.2M sq ft of space across 7 units. All units were leased ahead of completion to Bleckmann and Iron Mountain in Magna Park North, and to Amazon, JD.com, Whistl, and Movianto in Magna Park South. Construction on these units is expected to be completed in April 2022.

In the next phase of development, GLP has announced further expansion of over 3.4M additional sq ft; this space, a combination of speculative developments and build-to-suit options, is split across eight units of various sizes in Magna Park’s North and South areas. Two of these sites, MPN4 (310,000 sq ft) and MPS 8 (330,365 sq ft), have been pre-let to LX Pantos and Unipart.

As with all GLP’s developments, the existing and new units follow GLP’s rigorous ESG development standards and benefit from a best-in-class specification. Each development is also BREEAM Excellent, designed to WELL principles and features a range of sustainability and energy efficiency measures.
