This latest development delivers Unit A–D, comprising 32,089 square metres of high-quality warehouse space and 1,651 square metres of modern office accommodation. The facility includes 39 dock doors and offers a clear internal height of 12.2 metres.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the building can be let as four individual units or as a single, fully integrated space. The specification includes energy-efficient LED lighting, and the scheme has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, reflecting our continued commitment to sustainable development.
Strategically located in Lelystad, the site is well-positioned to meet the needs of modern logistics occupiers and will be available from Q2 2025.
