GLP has today announced that it has signed a new lease agreement with Static Control, a leading manufacturer and supplier of printer consumables for 7,000 SQM at Wrocław V Logistics Centre in Magnice near Wrocław in Poland.
The GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is built on a 50-hectare site and this new agreement means that the first 174,000SQM of developed warehouse space is now fully let. Construction of the last 66,000 SQM is planned for later this year which will take the total developed space at the site to 240,000 SQM.
The GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is located next to the S8 expressway, connecting the park to the A4 and A8 motorways as well as the S3 and S5 expressways providing convenient access throughout Poland and to the wider CEE region. The site benefits from good public transport links providing easy access for employees from Wrocław and the surrounding areas.
The buildings of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre are all equipped with a wide range of energy-efficient solutions such as smart metering, LED lighting, and photovoltaic panels, with charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes located next to every building. An important feature of the project has been the preservation and enhancement of the local ecological environment, including both old-growth trees and new plantings. Employees benefit from carefully designed relaxation areas with pergolas, benches, and abundant green space.
