Gazeley are monitoring the development of the Covid-19 virus very closely. We are doing what we can to protect our colleagues and customers’ staff on sites, whilst minimising the disruption to our business during this challenging time.
To that end, we wanted to provide you with an update on some of the measures that we have been putting in place.
As you may have become aware from your recent dealings with our teams, most of our colleagues are now working from home. We believe that this is in their best interests from a safety point of view and goes some small way to preventing the onward spread of the virus.
The knock- on impact of this is that we are encouraging to change planned face-to-face meetings to video conference and conference calls. We believe that this is in everyone’s best interests while the current situation persists. If you are unsure about the status of an upcoming meeting please do not hesitate to reach out to your Gazeley counterpart who will be happy to confirm arrangements.
Our IT systems, are designed to allow remote access to our systems so you should not experience any change to the high level of service that you have come to expect from Gazeley. Should you require any particular support or need to reach anyone, the teams are available as usual via mobile phone and email.
In addition to the changes we have made to working practices with our colleagues, I would also like to highlight that our property management companies have organised themselves to ensure that they are fully operational over the coming months. We are absolutely committed to ensuring that any disruption to our service is mitigated and re-assessed on a regular basis. The measures that have been put in place should ensure this.
Please stay safe and healthy.
