Milan, 21st May 2024 – GLP, a leading global business builder, owner, and operator of logistics real estate, data centres, renewable energy and related technologies, has today announced the signing of a new lease agreement with Arvato Logistics for a 13,500 SQM unit at G-Park Anagni 1.
Arvato Logistics, a leading international contract logistics and transport management company serving the consumer products, tech, healthcare, automotive, and publishing sectors, has taken the second of two units within the warehouse which covers a total area of approximately 27,500 SQM in G-Park Anagni 1, meaning that the building is now fully leased.
Built in 2008, G-Park Anagni 1 offers a modern warehouse facility with an 11-metre clearance height, 16 loading bays, and a ‚smart metering system‘ for monitoring water and energy consumption. Ample parking is also available for both cars and trucks.
Strategically located 4.5 km from the Anagni exit on the A1 motorway, the building serves as a vital logistics hub for central and southern Italy.
