Program Reaches Over 120 MW of Installed Solar Capacity
London, 9 April 2026 – Marq Logistics (“Marq”), a global leader in the development and operation of modern logistics facilities, today announced that its rooftop solar program has reached over 120 MW of installed capacity across its European logistics operating portfolio.
Over the last 12 months specifically, Marq has delivered approximately fifteen new completions in Germany, the Netherlands and the UK, reflecting a total installed capacity of approximately 25 MW. These completions include:
- Moenchengladbach in Germany, with a solar PV capacity of 3.8 MW that features over 9,300 panels, supplying the facilities’ customers through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA);
- Frankfurt West in Germany, with a solar PV capacity of 2.8 MW that features nearly 7,000 panels and a PPA with the customer, Rigterink;
- Osdorp in the Netherlands, where the installation features 4,000 panels with 2.2 MW of capacity, all absorbed by the customer, Brocacef, to power its fleet of electric vans and broader operations;
- Schifferstadt in Germany, where the roof is evenly split between solar PV, with a capacity of 2 MW, and green roofing, combining renewable power generation with natural cooling and biodiversity to enhance environmental sustainability; and
- Milton Keynes in the UK, with 2,500 panels delivering 1.2 MW of capacity absorbed by the customer, DHL, to power its operations.

Marq is collaborating with the Ares Infrastructure Opportunities team, which manages a portfolio of leading power generation assets including renewables, on the development, commercialization and operation of the rooftop solar assets at several of the Marq facilities included in the program throughout Europe.
