Nedschroef will boost its storage and production capacity in Spain through G-Park Constantí.

GLP has signed a new leasing agreement with Nedschroef, a multinational specialist manufacturer of components for the automotive industry.
Nedschroef has selected G-Park Constantí to strengthen its storage capacity and will use the warehouse to increase production capabilities in Spain. The new lease is for a standalone warehouse totalling over 22,400 SQM providing Nedschroef with additional space to expand its operations.
The warehouse consists of 28 loading docks and has a storage height of 10.3 meters. The site also offers ample parking with over 200 spaces. The site includes 967 SQM of office space divided over two floors. The layout of the car parking area and office space have been designed to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Located in Constantí, the development offers quick access to the AP-7 via the C-422 and TV-7211 roads, allowing connection to the Mediterranean Corridor. The site is less than 10 kilometres from the Port of Tarragona and just 7 minutes from Reus Airport providing multiple key connections to the national transport network.
The site achieved high marks for its approach to energy efficiency and the use of sustainable materials. This makes the building another example of GLP’s commitment to sustainability by securing a BREEAM Excellent certification.
This project is GLP’s fourth investment in Catalonia and enhances GLP’s contribution to the economic growth and prosperity of the region.
