GLP has completed the construction of its last warehouse in Modlniczka near Kraków. Columbus Energy, a leading service provider in the modern energy market, has also renewed its lease for 4,000 SQM of modern warehouse space at GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Centre.
Columbus Energy, a Polish company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, provides end-to-end solutions for individuals, businesses and local government clients, as well as investing in photovoltaic farms and engaging in innovative renewable energy projects. The renewal of the company’s lease is a strong indication of the site’s popularity amongst top-tier customers, due to its high specification and location.
GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Centre is strategically located in one of the main logistics hubs of Poland. The park is located 300 metres from the Kraków Ring Road (Expressway S52) junction, within a mere 1 km from the city limits and 4 km from Kraków-Balice International Airport.
Boasting an equally high occupancy rate, even prior to the start of construction, is GLP Kraków III Logistics Centre in Niepołomice, totalling 55,000 SQM, situated near the Kraków Technology Park and numerous manufacturing plants. In response to client interest in the region, GLP is already working on new projects in prime locations across Lesser Poland.
