17 January 2023 – GLP has completed the development of another logistics park near Warsaw. The 24,000 SQM GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre is located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction of Motorway A2. The logistics company No Limit will be its sole tenant.
With Warsaw V completed, GLP now has more than 160,000 SQM of advanced warehouse and production space available in the Mazovia region. GLP’s five logistics parks in the region are strategically located with excellent connectivity to the main trans-European transport routes. All new GLP logistics centres have a storage height of 12 m and are fitted with numerous utility-saving solutions, including smart metering systems and solar-ready rooftops.
The 24,000 SQM of logistics and office space at GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre have been fully leased to No Limit, a company with more than 30 years of experience developing international services in contract logistics, warehousing, distribution and transport.
