This role will involve providing support to the Legal team in our London office, assisting with KYC procedures and general compliance matters. It also involves overseeing, organising, storing data, analysing, and reporting on the legal team databases.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Legal Operations Director.

The successful candidate should display the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-Prior experience with KYC procedures and compliance matters would be a plus

-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software implementation, administration and management

-Demonstrated experience in managing databases, collecting and handling data sets

-Proficient in MS Office

-Strong aptitude for technology

-Excellent troubleshooting skills

-Proven understanding of procedures required for secure sharing of data

-Thorough and proven understanding of data management and administrative policies

-Familiar with modern, high-tech databases

-Ability to create reports and presentations

-Proven experience with digesting, understanding, and analysing data is a plus

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to complete multiple tasks with multiple deadlines

-High level verbal and written communication skills
