G-Park Getafe, Spain

G-Park Getafe had a major challenge. The site featured an old industrial warehouse, with an asbestos roof which represented a potential contamination risk. GLP set out to change this site into a success story, both for the environment and the local economy.

Magna Park Milton Keynes, UK

The first building at the 338-acre site was delivered in 2007, and some 5.3 million sq ft of logistics space has since been developed. Occupiers include the John Lewis Partnership, Waitrose, River Island, AG Barr, UK Mail, H&M, Amazon and Woodmansterne.
