Introduction to Bremen South Logistics Centre

The property is located in the community of Großenkneten, in northwestern Lower Saxony in the District of Oldenburg (junction Oldenburg – Bremen – Cloppenburg). It has excellent travel connections to the A1 and A29 motorways and to the north-west railway Osnabrück – Oldenburg – Wilhelmshaven.

The community Großenkneten is easily reached and a strong site in the region. The Bremen Airport and Bremen Port are very close by. Project developments for logistics and light industry can be realized flexibly and on short notice on a site area of all in all approximately 450,000 SQ M (4843,760 SQ FT).

Bremen ranks among the biggest industrial sites in Germany and belongs to the global players in the area of aerospace. It has developed special skills in maritime economy and logistics. Bremen Port is the second biggest port location in Germany, which is also illustrated by the fact that Bremen has had the highest export rate of all federal states for years. At the same time, economy is the driving force for research and development and offers jobs and training places as well as orders for up- and downstream sectors. The world’s second largest production site of Daimler AG and the second largest production- and development site of European Airbus Group are located in Bremen.
