G-Park Lelystad is located at the Lelystad Airport Business Park, within the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region. The business park is well-connected to the A6, N727, and N302 highways, as well as to Lelystad Airport and several secondary roads and waterways. Its strategic position along the central logistics corridor that connects Amsterdam to Northern Germany and Scandinavia offers a prime location for logistics operations, which will soon be further strengthened by the widening of the A6 motorway and the development of the Flevokust container port.

The second phase of development is now underway at G-Park Lelystad, comprising four more units totalling 32,967 SQM. These will be available to lease from Q2 2025.
