19 June 2020 – Gazeley, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announces the opening of its new office in Munich. The new office will be Gazeley’s third in Germany extending its existing network in Frankfurt and Hamburg. The office will play an important role in servicing new and existing customers and executing Gazeley’s growth ambitions as it continues to build its footprint in the region.

Gazeley has also recently announced the appointment of Marie Luise von Knobloch-Keil as Asset Management Director in Northern Europe. Marie Luise will be based in the new Munich office and be responsible for overseeing Gazeley’s portfolio in Germany and the Netherlands through implementing innovative asset management strategies that optimise returns for investors whilst providing the best possible service to customers.
Gazeley’s new office is located inside the Preysing Palais, on the first floor. The Preysing Palais is situated at Residenzstraße 27, 80333, München.
