We are looking for someone who will be able to assist our team of professionals on their daily needs and ensure the smooth running of our Milan office.
This is a part-time position.
Roles & Responsibilities;
-Diary management for Country Manager
-Supporting internal and external meetings/travels
-Supporting the production of client bid packs
-Compiling expenses for the team
-Archiving files
-Update simple excel spreadsheets
-Letters formatting and sending by post
-Management of the various PEC (certified emails)
-Signatures management (organize, sign, scan and send documents)
-Update and design PowerPoint presentations, together with Marketing
-Classify documents on SharePoint
-Update our database contacts (MS Dynamics)
-Help with organizing main events
-Help with translating documents
-Managing couriers, incoming calls, visitors, furniture and kitchen facilities orders
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills;
-Good interpersonal skills
-Flexibility
-Organizational and relational competence
-Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word and Powerpoint)
-Fluent English, both written and verbal
-Real Estate experience beneficial
