The first phase of development (Phase One) at Magna Park South Lutterworth saw the development of 1.2M sq ft of speculative development across four units.
- MPS 1 a unit of 746,000 sq ft leased to Amazon
- MPS 2 a unit of 126,000 sq ft leased to Chinese ecommerce specialist JD.Com
- MPS 3 a unit of 300,000 sq ft leased leading e-fulfillment Specialist Whistl
- MPS 4 a unit of 99,000 sq ft leased to leading Global Pharmaceutical distribution specialist Movianto
In the next phase of development (Phase Two) GLP has announced the further speculative development of four units of 186,000, 211,000, 256,000 and 355,000 SQ FT respectively. Work on-site will commence in Q2 and is expected to complete by Q4 2022.
