GLP has signed a 9-year lease with L4 Logistics for the rental of 33,000 SQM of warehouse space in Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon (91), south of Paris.
This logistics warehouse, with a total surface area of 47,790 SQM, located south of Paris in the municipality of Saint-Germain-Lès-Arpajon, is now fully leased.
Geodis, a leading transport, logistics and supply chain provider, initially leased an area of 14,740 SQM in December 2021. L4 Logistics has now leased the remaining 33,000 SQM of space, including seven storage cells and 500 SQM of office space for its operations.
L4 Logistics is a specialist retail logistics provider offering a range of innovative services for e-commerce, retail and industry. The new warehouse will strengthen and support the company’s growth, which now has over 110,000 SQM of warehouse space in the South of the Paris region.
The building benefits from the immediate proximity of key logistics road routes including the Nationale 20 and the Francilienne, thus offering prime access to the Ile-de-France and Orleans consumer areas, including regions further south.
