With an abundance of power, capacity, specification, technology and WELLness features combined with an array of cutting edge sustainable benefits at no extra costs including water harvesting, optimising natural light and a building environmental analytics system, it really is a unique development that offers great benefits to business.
What makes this development unique is the Tiny Forest that has been planted. On this project GLP teamed up with the charity Earth Watch and Rame Consulting to introduce a sustainability initiative known as Tiny Forest. The concept at Mammoth 602 is a small but densely planted collection of varied species of trees, which will encourage biodiversity and carbon sequestration. The forest will measure only 200 sq m – just the size of a tennis court – but will support more than 600 saplings.
