The extension follows Rigterink Logistics’ ongoing expansion across Germany and this warehouse is being developed to meet its growing needs.

This is Gazeley’s third build-to-suit project for Rigterink, highlighting the quality of Gazeley’s product and the long-term relationship that Gazeley looks to build with its customers. It will act as an extension to the first warehouse which Gazeley built for Rigterink. Gazeley also previously partnered with Rigterink on a development in Frankfurt. The building will have a DGNB Gold certification, reflecting Gazeley’s ongoing commitment to sustainability across its European portfolio. The warehouse will benefit from features such as natural lighting and a temperature-controlled floor. The site is due to be completed in Q2 of 2020. Ingo Steves, Managing Director, Northern Europe, Gazeley, said: “Supporting the long-term growth of our customers is at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver high specification warehouses tailored to requirements. We are delighted to be working with Rigterink Logistics once again in the delivery of this site as we continue to grow our presence in Germany and across Europe.”
