A new logistics centre in a strategic location

G-Park Anagni 2 is the new top-quality logistics hub designed to meet the challenges of the contemporary market. The location is spread over an area of 21,867 sqm, of which 20,583 for warehouse use with 22 loading bays, clear internal height of 12m and a floor capacity of 7,000 kg/sqm.

The offices are conveniently situated within an area of over 774 sqm, spread over two levels. Employees also have an outdoor relaxation area that they can enjoy during breaks. There will also be charging points for electric cars and bicycles.

The building was constructed in accordance with high quality standards and with a strong focus on sustainability:  environmental performance is ensued by BREEAM certifications. G-Park Anagni 2 has the necessary qualities to operate in a constantly evolving key market.

This building is located in close proximity to another plot of land where we will build another 28.000sqm logistics facility, to create a “Diffuse Logistics Park”.
