Frankfurt, 25 May 2020 – Gazeley, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, is expanding Magna Park, Berlin-Werder (Havel). The company is building 62,000 SQ M of modern logistics space there. An additional 140,000 SQ M can be realized in the following development phases, as the site offers additional basic space.

Gazeley has obtained full planning permission for two new units, units 5 and 6, with a total area of 62,000 SQ M. The construction company Max Bögl is commissioned with the construction of the objects, the start of construction has already taken place. The realization of this current construction phase is speculative.

Unit 5 will be equipped with 47 dock doors, while unit 6 will have 25 dock doors. Both will have a clear height of 10 M. For the newly developed properties, the certification according to DGNB Gold is sought for the fulfilment of selected sustainability criteria. Marketing will be carried out by CBRE and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Magna Park Berlin-Werder (Havel) is located southwest of Berlin, directly on the A10 motorway ring. This allows for direct access to the A9 (Berlin-Leipzig) and A24 (Berlin-Leipzig) motorways, with the A2 (Berlin-Hannover) motorway a 7-minute drive away.
